Practical AI for small and mid-sized businesses

Less manual work. More capacity.

If work is repetitive, moves manually between people, or simply takes too long, that is where we start. I assess one important workflow, identify what is worth improving, and, when the business case is sound, build and deploy the solution.

Built for lean teams with limited staff, time, budget, and in-house technology expertise. The goal is not an AI demonstration. It is a reliable system that fits the way your business operates and keeps people in control of important decisions.

About

Business experience before tool selection.

I am Yossi Hazoref, founder of Hazoref.AI. I design, build, and deploy AI and automation systems for small and mid-sized businesses. My responsibility does not end with a specification or prototype: I stay with the work until the system is stable and the people using it know how to operate it.

My background combines senior product leadership with large-scale IT infrastructure. Over more than 25 years, I have led complex products from strategy through execution and supported systems operating across hundreds of locations.

I start with the work itself: who does what, where information moves, what gets delayed, and which decisions must remain with a person. Only then do I select the technology.

Ways to work together

From one difficult workflow to reliable operations.

Start with a focused assessment, move to implementation when the value is clear, or retain ongoing operational support.

01

AI Workflow Assessment

A focused review of one workflow as it operates today: its trigger, people, applications, files, delays, manual work, risks, and opportunities for improvement. You receive a written summary and a practical recommendation for the next step.

Best when: a workflow is creating friction, but it is not yet clear what should be automated or whether the investment is justified.

02

AI Deployment Sprint

Design and implementation of a defined workflow from end to end, including integration with existing applications, data and action controls, testing, user guidance, and a structured production rollout.

Best when: a valuable workflow has been selected and the business is ready to move from an idea or experiment to a controlled working system.

03

AI Operations Partnership

Ongoing support after deployment: monitoring exceptions, improving performance, adapting to business changes, expanding into additional workflows, and helping the team continue to adopt the system.

Best when: you want a partner who knows the operation, maintains continuity, and keeps useful systems from becoming abandoned projects.

34-second overview

The approach in 34 seconds.

Start with one important workflow. Build it, check it, and keep people in control.

Selected work

AI systems built for reliable day-to-day operations.

Three examples, each beginning with work that consumes too much time.

01

Financial report assurance

Extract scanned financial data into a valuation model, with every critical value traced to its source.

Controls caught material inconsistencies in a report already considered final.

Business rules check and reconcile values before acceptance.

02

Controlled business operations

Connect customers, hour banks, tasks, and invoices in one controlled workflow.

Routine administration moves faster; people still approve important decisions.

No message or financial action is sent without explicit approval.

03

Email and document intelligence

Prioritize multiple inboxes, structure documents, and produce a focused daily briefing.

Less manual triage, faster decisions, and visible uncertainty.

Uncertain inputs become review tasks, not silent guesses.

Client perspectives

What changes after implementation.

A reporting process that took days now takes hours.

“Our reporting process used to take several days. Yossi helped us reduce it to a few hours. The team now works from a consolidated draft and focuses on exceptions and final approval.”

Less paperwork. Better control over cash flow.

“Yossi replaced our paper-based cash-flow tracking with a system that captures most data automatically. We now have better control, far less manual work, and more time to run the business.”

AI results you can verify before they affect the business.

A practical way to show where each result came from, check important values, test quality and send uncertain cases to a person.

  1. 01SourceShow where each important result came from.
  2. 02CheckVerify numbers and required business rules.
  3. 03TestConfirm the result meets quality and business requirements.
  4. 04ReviewSend uncertain or unusual cases to a person.
  5. 05ApproveRequire a person to approve important actions.
  6. 06MonitorWatch for errors and unexpected changes after launch.
  7. 07RecordKeep a clear history of what happened and why.

How the work progresses

Start small. Go deeper only when it makes business sense.

The process is designed to reduce uncertainty before committing to implementation.

  • Fit call: 20–25 minutes to understand the friction and decide whether a focused assessment is appropriate.
  • Workflow assessment: map one process in depth and receive a written recommendation.
  • Build and deploy: connect the solution to existing applications, test it, and introduce it into real operations.
  • Support and improve: monitor exceptions, adapt to change, and improve the system over time.

Start with one workflow

Is there a process your business has learned to tolerate?

In a 20–25 minute call, describe what happens today. I will ask a few questions and tell you whether a focused assessment is a sensible next step. The call is free and does not commit you to continue.
